DELIVERY DELAYS
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of Royal Mail. While delays are uncommon, they can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g. weather, strikes, seasonal volumes, etc).
A courier delay does not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund or return, as your order will have been fulfilled on time from our side.
We will, however, support and assist with any delivery issues by liaising with Royal Mail where necessary.
FAILED DELIVERIES / INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, re-delivery fees may apply.
